The French Bungalow apartments of La Celeste range in sizes between 1458Sq.Ft. to 1803Sq.Ft. The entire project is a stilt +4 building [also known as special building]. The stilt area is used for covered car parking, entrance lobby, servant's rest room and other such facilities.
	The apartments above the car park are called First Floor apartments. Most of them have got Private Open Terrace [P.O.T] areas or terrace areas that extend outside the apartment. In some cases P.O.T are formed near the entrance of the apartment foyer area.	[ Enlarge ]
We have taken care to ensure that the homes are not too dense. While most residential complexes have 50 - 55 apartments per acre, in La Celeste, we have only 42.6 apartments per acre. Lesser the number of families in a large complex, more will be the personal space available to each family. Lesser the competition for the ameneties, more shall be the availability and the enjoyment of these ameneties. In La Celeste, 426 apartments are spread across 7 precincts. It contains 5 precincts on the Eastern side and 2 Precincts on the Western side. Each Precinct in the Eastern wing (barring one) contains 80 apartments, totalling 320 apartments. A small precinct near the Arc de Triomphe Club House contains 10 apartments, apart from space for a super market, ATM Centre etc. These precincts are numbered as 1, 2, 3 and 4 starting from the North Eastern corner. The small precinct is numbered as 7. Each Precinct on the western side contains 48 apartments, adding up to 96 apartments on this side. These precincts are numbered as 5 and 6.
